Gengar-shadow ball-dark pulse-thunder-focus blast/focus band

(is he good enough)

is it good based on pokemon?

Your team is very good due to its unpredictability, however I would warn you that Hypno isn't very good later on. Replace him with a different Psychic type. You can probably keep Lanturn, Vaporeon, and Magnezone, but they're a weakness because that's 2 electric and 2 water types (Lanturn is water and electric), which means grass has an advantage on you. You might want to swtich one of them out for a fire type. As for Gengar, he's already good, but I'd take off focus blast and replace it with a move to mess with status conditions or another unpredictable move (Something besides a ghost move, shadow ball is good enough for that.) And Dragonite is already insanely good, I don't have any real suggestions for him. Good luck!
