How come my pc says am not the adminastrator?

i was running spy bot and it found some adware i clicked fixed selected issues but it says "this action may not be performed completely since you are not the administrator. if you want this performed for all users, please run this application elevated as an adminastrator" but the problem is i am the admin and when i click ok it says some problems couldnt be fixed the reaseon could be that the associated files are still in use [in memory] this could be fixed after a restart.

may spybot run on your next system start up? so do i click yes and restart

ps when i click no it says "0 problems fixed 1 problem could not be fixed.you should have an administrator scan and fix again.

you can change you status to administrator if it is your computer--start%26gt; control panel%26gt; user accounts. Sometimes the place where you bought the pc set up an admin account so they can access it for repairs. If you own the computer and know the password you can change the status. I would click restart it ain't going to hurt. I would be deleting the adware also.
ever computer comes with a default admin. account, go to control panel, admin. tool,computer management, local user %26 groups, click users and you will see the very first one is built in admin. account
