Considering u don't have a wide range selection of pokemon in leaf-green, i'd say this is a nice line up u have! Good job- leaf green is probably the toughest pokemon game to train in. However, instead of using an "uber" move like blast burn- try replacing it with heat wave when it becomes available for ur charizard. Also, an ice beam and thunderbolt would be a nice addition to ur dragonair's move pool. That leaves a space for u to take out dewgong. Although a strong pokemon- it isn't a nessecary one in your party with a more powerful pokemon like dragonair that learns even better moves. My last suggestion- Take butterfree out. REplace it with a powerful psychic/ghost type like gengar (my personal fave) Teach that gengar: hypnosis, dream eater, thunderpunch, and shadow ball. On victreebel, try teaching it earthquake to replace cut. And on jolteon- try teaching it iron tail to replace quick attack and thunderbolt to replace pin missile. Whatever u do- do not teach it dig! that is the worst possible move for an electric type, because the elite four likes earthquake, and if ur jolteon is underground- earthquake is the last thing u want- considering it does double the damge when ur underground. Other than those little nit-picky suggestions, i rate your team a 7.5 out of ten, and with some minor tweaks of ur own (and some of my tips) ur team will do extraordinary in the tough elite four and will be fun to battle with. Keep it up, u rock!

i guess, but i suggest doing something about the hyper beam-ish attacks (blast burn). it may be very intriguing to get this move, but it leaves charizard open to get stomped.
This is a pretty good team! all out i would give this team a 4 and a half star rating! (out of 5)
Being honest it doesn't really matter since all AI rivals suck. Only when you play against friends/online in Diamond or Pearl does it matter. Looks decent though pokemon wise though a few heal moves could be used.
