Monthly pet fee is it legal ?

I live in a trailer park and when i moved in the lady that owns the trailer doesnt want to charge a monthly pet fee . But the trailer park where her trailer is does want a monthly pet fee of $25 a month we have been living in the trailer for 4 months already and out of the blue the trailer park wants a pet fee but do not offer any ameneties for the dogs in the park . we pick up our dogs waste and shes never running loose shes a very well taken care of pekignese dog .the lady that owns the trailer doesnt mind us having our dog live with us at all is that legal ? and what is the legal siting for that i guess what im trying to say is that law written somewhere and where can i find that law? i Live in aurora colorado in arapahoe county . we take very good care of our dog . if they charge a fee for our dog shouldnt there be something that they offer all dog owners in the park or are they legally just pocketing the money?if anyone knows where i might find written laws on this subject i would

You are on her property, so she has the right to charge whatever rent she wishes. If someone has a pet, there is more of a chance there could be damage to the property, so it makes sense to require that the pet owner shoulder some of that risk by paying a little extra. It doesn't matter if your dog happens to be a well-behaved pekingnese or an out of control doberman-- the policy stands for all pet owners, and with good reason: cost-spreading.

It's legal. You're residing on the owner's property and they can charge rent for your dog as well.
Call zoning. It's probably a rule not a law
It's completely legal for the owner of a property to charge for use of that property in any way they like.
