See I am getting my haircut and I was going to go to The Wendy Ellyn Salon and Spa, but my father said it was to expensive. I need a hair salon and a hair stylist that will work with my hair and make me look good. I also want to keep the budget under 25 dollars. Any ideas? I need a place near the St. Charles, Geneva, Elgin, Aurora, or Streamwood area in ILLINOIS!!!!!!! I also need to know if this hairstyle looks good on an oval face with a honey beige skin tone and dark brown eyes and hair. I also am between the ages of 13-17.

Check out the Aveda salons and ask for their Fresh Talent. Or check out your local beauty school. With an oval face you are fortunate enough to be able to wear almost any hairstyle. If you have curly hair, check out www.naturallycurly.com and they can help you find someone who can work with your hair too. I go to an Aveda salon near me and my 17YO daughter is going in 2 weeks. The cut will cost $10 and maybe go up to as high as $20 in the future if we stick with the stylist. Their fresh talent has a license/degree and at least 6 months with their special Aveda training so it's a great job.
