Mulan is not a princess
Belle, Cinderella and Snow White all become princesses but aren't at the beginning of their stories.
You are missing mulan.She is a princess. And next year they will be adding a black one finally. Princess Tiana from the princess and the frog. She will be the first black princess to join the disney gang. But they are all technically princess'.

Just to add. They are trying to get girls of all ethnicity. Mulan may not technically in the movie be considered a princess, But they put her in the mix because they needed a story of an Asian girl. They used her. Besides its a cartoon what is the big deal here?

Both Belle and cinderella aren't really princess's they only marry into royalty and Pocahantas isn't a princess she is the daughter of the chief but her status in the tribe is the same as a princess.
