4. Venusaur lv.50 Frenzy Plant, Solarbeam, Earthquake, Return

5. Dugtrio lv.45 Aerial Ace (yes, it does), Dig, Magnitude, Rock Tomb

6. Dewgong lv.47 Aurora Beam, Sheer Cold, Surf, Icy Wind

I could also train my Arbok lv.44, Marowak lv.42, Primeape lv.43, Fearow lv.42, or Persian lv.37.

yes but give zapdos a better move than thundershock. you really need electric moves against the 4th elite four. (against dragonite its super efective)

U have to do a little bit more---

Moltres has a great weakness on rock type pokemon. so teach it steel wing for the fire spin.

Teach ur Zapdos thunder for fly, because ur moltres knows fly.

But don't use ur Arbok lv.44, Marowak lv.42, Primeape lv.43, Fearow lv.42, or Persian lv.37.
Sort of, if I was using your team this how they would be before taking on the Elite 4.
