The best way is to challenge the elite four again and again and you will float in experience points and then you will be around 65 above of all pokemons.

Yes, you should be fine facing the Pokemon league. Most of the league's Pokemon are level 50-60 for the first time that you face them. Just make sure you have a lot of healing items and revives!

Thats nowhere near enough, I tend to at least have my original pokemon level 65 and over, then your safe, make sure you stock up on supplies even then. Good luck, worth tryin with your team anyway!!
No it isn't!!!!!! What you need to do is fight every pokemon trainer you can find!!!!!! I even suggest borowing some pokemon from your buddies!!!!
