My best advice is to teach all of your first's (Charizard, Feraligatr, Swampert, etc.) thier unique moves:

Frenzy Plant: Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, Torterra

Hydro Cannon: Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, Empoleon

Blast Burn: Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, Infernape
