I'd like some help finding a tiara or veil (or even both)

i've done some online searching and not quite found something that might go with the dress... i saw a tiara but was afraid it was too much bling

The tiara is only two inches tall, so it will be fine. I'd pair it with a simple veil, fingertip length.

Ebay is a great source, and you should be able to find something at a good price.

I would probably get something that mimics the shape of the applique on the skirt of the dress.

Since the dress is strapless, think about what you will wear on your neck %26 what kind of earrings, and how you will wear your hair. All those things play into what the headpiece will look like. Be sure that the veil is easy to remove from the tiara so you can remove the veil at the reception without having to remove the tiara.

Just a thought -- buy some tulle at a fabric store, and take it to your hairdresser -- you can work together to find a good look.

I sewed string pearls around the edge of my daughter's veil -- it gives a finished look and adds a little weight so the veil doesn't blow around too much. She used part of my veil and part of her communion veil.
I think that tiara would look really nice with your dress. Have you tried going to either a wedding dress shop (like David's Bridal) or even try going to craft stores. Somethings you can find some really nice stuff there. Good luck =)
all the tiaras i found online were just a bit too much.. my dress already has a lot of beading.. so what i did.. I bought a headband.. similar to this one http://tiaratown.com/r65.htm .. i hope that helps! that website also has a bunch of other ones too!
I found this site online that lets you design your own veil: http://claireveils.com/bridalveils.php?a...

I think the cut of your dress would look great with any tiara you choose. It's your day so don't worry about being a little flashy. If you get thru the ceremony and it still feels like too much bling, just take your tiara off for the reception ;)
I got my tiara at Swarovski (crystal). It was stunning and perfect.
