My computer wont restart properly...HELP??

If my computer runs for a while it will take a while for it to start up if I have to reboot or restart my computer. The best I can liken it to is a stalling car. The computer sounds like it is trying to start up but it shuts off after a second or so. It takes like 5-10 minute to get it to start if the computer has been running over an hour. cpu temp 38C core 2 duo e6750 2.66ghz, gigabyte dq6 mb, 8800gts, enermax 460W ps, 120gig wd hdd, 320gig seadte HDD sony dvd drive, gigabyte 3d aurora 3 case fans.

sounds like the cooling fan has failed, causing the heat sensor to trip to save your hard drive from excessive heat buildup. Try placing a fan blowing toward the unit and see if it stops or improves the problem.
I would suggest a bigger power supply, the reason why it shuts down is probably because it can't get enough power quickly to the whole system.

try a better or bigger power supply, if it doesn't solve the problem, check your boot settings.
First scan your pc with antivirus and after that install ccleaner you can download it free from http://www.ccleaner.com this software will optimize your pc speed and repair registry problems.
