I bought a car saturday and yesterday it broke down?

So here's the thing i bought a car saturday.

its a FORD Taurus....2000 with 68 some miles....or something like that...

yesterday i was driving home...and the car started starteling...

it then completly stoped....

i tryed turning it on and off..and no respond...

the car is totally not responding....

i live in Aurora, IL....

i signed on saturday night at 8:00 pm...

but i really dont want to do any bussiness with this dealership

its fox valley suzuki.........

can i cancel the contract and get my money back...or what should i do....

i dont know what to do?

Whether the car came with a warranty or not the dealer should be willing to fix the problem free of charge. That is if they are reputable. You may not want to deal with them but you should give them a chance to correct the problem. Contrary to popular belief there is no 72 hour right of rescission in the state of Illinois. So you are pretty much at there mercy. I work for a dealership and I do sell cars we would correct the problem and try to make you happy. Good luck I hope it works out for you.

By the way the bad seed is incorrect in that they have to take it back. They don't. I work in Illinois not far from where you bought the car in Naperville.
